Print Your Label

Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print at home and attach to your original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
